- Registration 9-10 AM
- Competition begins at 11 AM
- Awards to top 4 in each division.
- Male and Female Division for Senior & High School
- Prize money awarded in the Senior Divisions.

USA Wrestling card required - special $10 membership card available for those without a current 2006-2007 USAW Membership.

Easy Rules
- Men wear athletic swimming trunks and women wear a one or two piece bathing suit.
- Athletes wrestle on a sand surface, with a 20-foot diameter circle marked in the sand
- Matches start in the standing position, and there is
no ground wrestling
- Matches last three minutes
- Two scoring moves ends each match
- Athletes can score takedowns or when someone steps out of the ring
To Win A Match
- Score a fall by forcing the opponents shoulders to the sand
- Score two takedowns
- Score two throws
- When the opponent is penalized twice for fleeing the competition area
- Scoring one takedown and having one fleeing call against the opponent
- After the three-minute period ends, the match is determined by these criteria:
- First takedown or throw;
- First wrestler penalized for fleeing;
- Penalties;
- Officials decision
